In the not-so-distant future, the 'One Bullet' law has passed to inhibit crime and overpopulation. The law allows each citizen to use one government-issued bullet on anyone. No questions, no charges, no jail time. When Michael receives his bullet, despite his hesitancy, he soon finds the perfect target.
