Halloween in New Orleans

On Halloween afternoon, 2005, the film-maker helps two friends clean up flood debris from a photography gallery. That evening, there is a Halloween parade in the French Quarter, led by the Storyville Stompers Brass Band. The next morning is All Soul's Day, during which New Orleans residents traditionally visit their ancestral tombs to clean them up and honor the departed. The ceremony takes on an added impact this year as the families clean up the debris from the Hurricane.
