After losing her father in Desert Storm, ten-year-old Tina is left to raise herself on books and T.V. while her mother, Marilyn, allows drugs and prostitution to infiltrate their broken home. Ultimately, one of Marilyn's customers turns out to be more than a mere 'monster'. Unable to lead a peaceful life, adult Tina returns to face her childhood fears, only to be drawn into the evil which conceived them.
