When It Rains

Omar is a disillusioned drug dealer living in a housing project in the Bronx. When faced with the suicide of his girlfriend his world falls apart as he looses the only thing that kept him alive. However, before he can join her he wants to make sure to leave his younger brother with something meaningful.
