James Cook is a corporate attorney with a dilemma. While reviewing a video taped deposition of the woman who's suing his company for the death of her husband, he noticed the camera was left on and continued to record. He observed the opposing attorneys and their client discussing the drug use of the victim. James struggles with ethics as he flirts with the idea of using this newfound information to discredit the victim and excuse his company from liability. What James didn't realize is that the opposing attorneys also noticed the camera was still recording, and fully expect James to take advantage.
