A.P.E. tells three love stories: agape, phileo and eros. Each of the stories is told through the social interactions of various residents, all living in a small apartment complex. The story of agape is told from the unique perspective of the giver rather than the receiver. It explores the sorrow and emptiness which the giver often feels when the receiver is unwilling to respond.
