After thirty years of performing their double act 'FOX AND HEN', Hen has finally decided to fly the coop and retire to the comforts of her niece's cottage in Cumbria - well away from her infuriating partner. FOX, desperate to keep the act together, persuades HEN to join her for one final gig at the once glorious Morecambe Winter Gardens -home to variety in its hey day. The quickest way there, FOX insists, is straight across the treacherous sinking sands of Morecambe Bay.
