Ana and Robert are white settlers in Colonial Australia. When an Aboriginal tribe passes through their land, Ana attempts to make a connection with a woman and her baby. Robert though, warns her off interacting with the Aboriginals. A misunderstanding sets in motion a train of events that lead to tragedy.
