'Changing Lives' is the story of three women who decide to undergo major cosmetic surgery for a variety of reasons. They range in age from 18 to 42. The documentary follows their journey in unprecedented detail - from decision making to prep to surgery and through months (for some) of recovery. Unexpected side effects take a toll on the two older patients and their families. Other physicians are consulted and interviewed and the reasons for the problems are explored.
