Collecting Canada

As part of the governor's new tourism campaign, the only two towns on Idaho's slim Northern border battle to bring in Canadian tourists. A documentary film crew follows the town of Eastport as they compete with their rival Porthill to be the first to attract a visitor from each of Canada's 13 provinces and territories, hoping to earn the title 'The Welcome Mat of Idaho.'
