Clown Shoes

Alderman Antonio Rios' organization has been failing him since taking the helm after his father's passing. Those close to his father are not sharing equal admiration and threaten his bid for mayor of Chicago with loose ends that can be traced back to the family business. He believes that a group of birthday clowns could do a better job, but there is a dark past lurking behind the make up.
