Following WWII, Bowling Green State University president Frank Prout took an unconventional approach raising morale at BGSU. The Spirit Crew, known as SICSIC, was founded sixty years ago and today the clandestine organization is still going strong. No college since has been able to match the effectiveness of SICSIC.
