Jamie, a film graduate student, sneaks into an empty apartment of an acquaintance. She's in dire need of a location to shoot her film. Once in the apartment, she unexpectedly discovers the arrival of Sara who had been invited to stay in the apartment while it is empty. Thought both are shocked and guarded in the beginning, these two complete strangers quickly hit it off. Soon, however, a new guest will arrive...
