In the distant future, humanity has migrated to the planet Ourobus to escape the toxic wasteland that Earth had become. In order to save Ourobus from the same fate as Earth, Operation Genesis employs Franklyn Gen to research planet Earth. His mission becomes complicated when unforeseen emotions pull him back to his home planet.
