Beatrice, Her Beast and the Man from the City

Lonesome 12-year-old Beatrice falls in love with a dead man she finds in the local storm water canal and befriends the nightmarish creature guarding him. A Gothic fairytale about death, suburbia and the storm to wash them both away.
