Naimah, a passionate, driven young photographer, attends a prestigious university and is head of the Black Student Union at her school. She believes heavily in the upliftment of the black community, but finds her intentions tested when she is physically attacked and mugged by a young black man who lives in her neighborhood, in broad daylight.
