Da Capo al Fine Isaias Garcia, a young Argentinian/Canadian composer travels back to his homeland to share his music with his grandfather Roldolfo. After receiving a cd of Rodolfo's folk music, Isaias composes a full symphony performed by a 40 piece Canadian orchestra based on one of his grandfather's songs. It is a gift for his grandfather and his mother whom he has not seen since he was 11 years old. Isaias attempts to reconcile cultural, generational and musical differences across borders with his family attempting to find out where, how and if he fits in.
