The baffling absurdity of the circumstances surrounding the 9/11/2001 suicide hijackings, which have been discussed extensively in news media, is presented as a satiric dark comedy from the perspective of a fictional 21st hijacker draftee who doesn't share the terrorist fervor of his presumed superiors. Utilizing a one-sided telephone conversation format, here is a snippet in the life of a sad-sack suicide hijacker (don't)wannabe whose desultory dabbling in terror tourism turns his tidy time in the States topsy-turvy. He'd rather make love, not holy war, but a series of misjudgments embroils him in a mission to which he'd rather respond, 'Take this jihad and shove it'.
