In New York City a local surfer finds himself on a long and frustrating weekend commute to get to the local beach break, only to be let down by the comical lack of surf. Meanwhile another surfer (Played by Tyler Breuer, co-founder of the NYSFF) and his girlfriend take a flight to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic to getaway from the city life. They find rest, relaxation, waves, and even a little romance.
