Hand of Fate is a moral tale in the form of a parable concerning a protagonist whose every move is dictated, literally, by signs that point him in the direction of a 'bad end' only to have fate intervene in the form of a significant other who offers a change of luck and a hope for redemption. But, a surprise ending reveals the fickle hand of fate.
