A pompous, young inventor who calls himself 'Bobinicci' is dead-set on proving that he is the smartest man in the world. With his patented Intelligence Analyzer, he is well on his way to accomplishing that goal...until he tries it on his dog. What ensues is a relentless battle against dog, machine, and the dark side of his ego unable to come to grips with the fact that he is indeed just 'Bob.'
