Taking inspiration from Berlin: Die Sinfonie der Gross-stadt by Walter Ruttmann, this is a symphony of a great city: Brighton. It seeks to show the city is more that just the sum of its parts. Everything is connected. This is the film that Walter Ruttmann would have made if he had access to sound recorders and lived in Brighton in 2010.
