Call the Closer

This could be a good addition to the HGTV portfolio. The Closer is entertaing without trying too hard. Her energy is genuine, and she's comfortable with the camera. Her contractor counterpart is also good on camera, and the usual problems that emerge in the rehab construction aren't particularly contrived, such as with The Property Brothers. Participation of the clients is also realistic, not contrived such as It or List It & others.This is a good start, and a good addition.
