Ostia: The Last Night

On October 2, 1975, the body of Italian filmmaker, Pier Paolo Pasolini, was found badly beaten and run over near the port town of Ostia on the coast from Rome. His car was later found being driven by a 17 year old street hustler. OSTIA LA NOTTE FINALE, is a dark story of desire and betrayal that explores the events of that night and the brutal slaying of Pasolini, a profound artist of our century, undone by his dangerous desire, betrayed and lured to his death by a young rent boy. Two men, worlds apart. Both with their own needs and desires, and both doomed by their positions in the world to destroy each other's lives.
