When Zack learns that another guy is making a move on his girl, he can't wait to get his hands on the guy. Problem is, it's Zack's first day as 'Mr. Friendly Cone,' an ice-cream truck driver, and his romantic rival is driving a turbo-charged Saab. A high-speed -- and highly-incongruous -- chase ensues.
