With an interest in home decor and making life fun Joe Netherworld transforms an abandoned crack-house in Poughkeepsie, NY into an elaborate and on-going art project which he now calls home. Through this work his economically wounded neighborhood becomes a community of trust where kids can now play safely and Joe can remain the life-long Satanist he's always been.
