Ben is given a blank note and a balloon at his friends funeral. When told to write a message to his romantic, could have been, he can't find the words to say. He holds onto the balloon and later that night decides to let go. When he finally accepts his loss, opportunity presents itself with a response from his dead crush tied to a balloon on his car.
