Four Sisters looks at the relationship of four sisters as they deal with their mother's death. While they wait for the doctor to arrive to declare her dead, they fight over her pharmaceuticals, hurl insults at each other, fight over her belongings, reminisce and desperately try to hold on to the last vestiges of childhood.
