As a Philadelphia firefighter, It is Jack's job to run into burning buildings to save other people's lives. But after recent events, it may be Jack who needs to be saved. Mentally crippled by a past fire, Jack finds himself unable to perform his job when he fails to answer a routine call to a fire, jeopardizing the safety and faith of his crew. Jack must overcome his fear of his mistake to keep from losing his job, and his friendship of his crew at the firehouse.
