A story to warm hearts and inspire courage, About the Keiki (child) shows one day in the life of Todd Cambra, the timid program coordinator at the Haleiwa Boy's and Girl's club in Haleiwa, Hawaii. Todd never stands up to anyone and gets no respect, not from his boss and definitely not from the kids. But, when the city decides to cut funding and shut the club down, Todd is forced to decide whether to step aside, or stand up to his boss.
