A man is adrift in a small row boat. He is joined by a sea bird, who flies off to catch a fish. Taking that as his cue, the man fashions a fishing rod out of some materials he has on board the boat. He is able to catch almost everything but fish. But he is able to construct something out of his catches which he uses for a one time only purpose.
