It's spring, and a montage of spring happenings are presented. Some are on a tropical vacation at the beach. Birds are migrating away from the tropical climes to where the trees in less tropical areas are just starting to bud. Some are out for a night on the town having a few drinks. In more arctic climes, the snows are still falling, with mother and daughter inside by a fire, the mother playing the violin, while the father is outside chopping firewood.
