Four years ago Thomas Adder was a young ambitious strategist at the forefront of a triumphant New York City gubernatorial campaign for Governor Reese Jennings. Upon leaving the campaign shortly after the election, Thomas has been planning a new strategy for the Governor and now with renewed vigor he is willing to do whatever it takes to bring down his corrupt mentor.
