Please Don't Cry is the story of a grown man, haunted by the questionably accidental murder of his mother. In a desperate, final attempt to rid himself of a lifetime of guilt, he seeks forgiveness from his younger sister, who he abandoned twenty-five years ago. However, seeing his sister only triggers his memory of the traumatic events of his childhood. This is a film about the power of an unforgiving memory.
