Peter reads human mind codes through which he can unlock the information in human brain. He works for a Mafia Boss, reading mind codes of his future killers, so the Mafia Boss could find and kill them first before they get him. But once Peter reads his own mind code which means he's the next killer of the Boss. Trying to save himself Peter attempts to meet his own killer before he'll even be ordered to her and ask her not to kill him.
