Set in modern day London Woodhouse is a retelling of the fable Hansel and Gretel. The story follows young Gretna as she attempts to uncover the truth behind her brother's absence from school, but her curiosity leads her into the woods and a chance encounter with Mary, an elderly lady who resides there.
