High Water

During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and the flooding which followed, a young man named Oscar is trapped in the attic of his Lower 9th Ward house. As the floodwater rises and the hope of rescue wanes, Oscar reflects on life, regret, and the demise of many dreams - all while being annoyed by the singing of his mother, Edwina.
