Farmer's Tan

As a ghostly pale high school student living in Orange County, California, Cameron Ashmore (Zack Roman) is a walking paradox. He doesn't party or play football, surf or schmooze with loose women. Instead, he arranges music for his acapella group-'Windpipe Patrol'-and reads Shakespeare by choice. In a society where body and beauty hold precedence over knowledge and emotions, Cameron grows more cynical and sarcastic by the hour. But as we come to find, his distaste for beachside life is rooted in self-consciousness and insecurity, exacerbated by the summer months and the shirtless escapades that they entail.
