City of Refuge

City of Refuge is a story of Ji-Tae, a South Korean immigrant, who among arriving in NYC must survive and provide for his sister, Suji, by any means necessary. Desperate and Determined, Ji-Tae and his only friend Nathan, an American, navigate their way through the crime syndicate of the Korean underworld. City of Refuge is the endearing story of friendship, betrayal, and the power of redemption as experienced by two men from different cultures.
