In the middle of the night Ethan awakens, compelled to tell his girlfriend about yet another nightmare, but she's nowhere to be found. Haunted by the images, Ethan scours the city for his girlfriend and in doing so discovers the terrifying truth behind his disturbing dreams. Nightmare is a film about guilt, coping with death, and our perceptions of reality. It has elements of film noir, mystery, and drama.
