One single plastic rose guides us through the streets, corners and laneways of Perth's night party district. Its glow illuminates everyone it encounters, from a pair of angry young lovers to a rugged homeless man, from a recently fired businesswoman to a little busker girl. Although none of these characters may realise it, this rose connects them all to each other, and irreversibly binds them within the same nocturnal fairytale.
