Black Rose Tango

Rose Wood, the Sally Bowles of New York's underground cabaret scene, tangos with a handsome soldier until he pulls the rug out from under her and she pulls the wig off her head. This surrealist cat and 'Maus', using iconic references from Evita and Kiss of the Spider Woman, was shot at the 2010 Black Party and inspired by Pablo Neruda's poem 'The Soldier's Love'.
