Cassius is a 70 year-old man, he awakes one day to find that time has slowly eaten away at his life, his dreams, and his aspirations. His life has passed him by, and he his near the end. He laments, poetically, about the passage of time, and its effects, as he looks around his house at his belongings reminding him of the past, and watches the sunset.
