Different Worlds

When Hannah, a 10-year old outcast who is tormented by kids at school, hides herself in her art by drawing the world around her, her path crosses with Cliff. Though they are from different worlds an unlikely friendship forms. Will they both be able to overcome their social trials? Or will they be content and stuck as outsiders?
