Cuffed

A young man is cuffed to a car and driving with his legs and feet while being chased by two other cars. Is he the good guy or is he the bad guy? The movie tackles the question ' Are we all ' cuffed ' to our past? ' Do we all have things in our past that can never be forgiven or that we can never erase. Are we forever tied to our past?
