'Col. Sanders' is a frustrated detective in a city strangled by a strict law and order policy. This policy is pursued by the Mayor and his chief of Surveillance 'Dr. Argus'. Everything fun is prohibited, even Fast Food. But resistance is on the rise, and an illegal organization of cooks, headed by a mysterious Femme Fatale has set out to undermine the prohibition. Now it is on Col. Sanders to stop the illegal activities of 'Elle Capone' the Burger-Queen. But Sanders has other interests then enforcing a prohibition he himself does not believe in.
