Breaking The Silence explores the story of Ken Shaw, a Canadian man who lived as an alter personality, Steven, for 28 years following the trauma of being sexually abused as a child. Suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder, Ken's story of living as another person for nearly 3 decades and his isolated struggle to overcome his past and regain his identity will expose the audience to the strength of the human spirit. Ken now hopes to inspire others who have been silenced by childhood sexual abuse to come forward and share their stories while supporting one another.
