With help from his prison buddy (Grant Babbitt), Ned the Gnome has escaped from prison. After his notorious sting of serial killings on a local prostitution community put him behind bars, he is back to not only kill again, but also hunt down his brother, Ted Gnome (Chase Knueven), after he aided in Ned's capture.
