Manic City: The Blue Streak Legacy

Mark Caiman, a low-level tech guy for a cabal of super-villains lead by the evil Knightmare, dreams of becoming a big time super-villain. But, after a run in with the heroic Blue Streak, Mark must decide whether to destroy Manic City, or save it.
