Introspection follows Lisa Fahoury as she prepares to shave her head. Not on a whim, but for a beautiful cause, St. Baldricks, a childhood cancer foundation. The camera follows Fahoury as she raises funds for the charity and connects with those around her, including herself. As her journey progresses she reminisces on her personal relationship with hair and women's relationship to hair, in general. Throughout the process Fahoury finds herself changed, not only physically, but emotionally.
